BLOCK Z, PHASE 8 DEVELOPMENT OF HONG KONG POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY
Located in the northwest of the university campus, the building covers a site area of approximately 0.96 hectare.
As part of the university’s programme to meet the 3+3+4 academic system, the building provides approximately 46,000 square-metres construction floor area of teaching and research spaces.
The new building is home for the Faculty of Construction and Land Use that prepares graduates for a wide range of professions in the construction industry in Hong Kong.
