The Belmont Hotel Iloilo is a 12-storey hotel located along the stretch of the 1.1 kilometer long Festive Walk parade.

It has a total of 405 suites, composed of a mix of a Twin Suites, Queen Suites,, junior, Suites, Executive Suites, and Specially-Abled Suits for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)

Among the amenities of the Belmont Hotel is its own swimming pool with an in-pool lounge, landscaped deck with pool bar and outdoor lounge, fitness center with sauna, function room and an all-day dining restaurant. The Rider Levett Bucknall Philippines Inc. provided Quantity Surveying services to it.
