Wooi Sin is a partner of RLB Singapore with 30 years of experience. He has unique and broad professional experience in both Project Management and Quantity Surveying. He manages the PM consultancy services within RLB for a number of high profile Singapore projects and also assist in providing Quantity Surveying and Advisory services for RLB projects in Singapore and regionally.Wooi Sin has also been very active in professional institutional work. He has served in the posts of PAQS Chairman, ICEC Regional Director, SISV QS President and Council member, and SPM Council member. He received the PAQS Award and ICEC Distinguished International Fellow Award in 2012. He is a regular speaker for these institutions.
