Stephen Mee is the Managing Director of RLB in Sydney, a member of the Executive Committee, and chairman of the Oceania Finance Committee.
He specialises in strategic procurement, contract solutions, construction cost planning, cost management, and financial institution reporting and monitoring.
Joining RLB in 1983, Stephen has built an impressive 30-year career of professional achievement and leadership. A respected construction cost estimator, property consultant, and financial services counselor, he has excelled in developing new strategies allowing us to deliver projects on time and under budget.
His construction project portfolio includes commercial, residential, hotel, corporate, hospitality, retail, historic restoration, adaptive reuse, aquatic, and data centre construction projects.
Stephen is an associate member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, and has been a committee member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors NSW Chapter.
He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Quantity Surveying (Honours) from the University of Technology, and a Master of Project Management from the University of New South Wales.
