Peter Tulla

Peter Tulla serves as the Chair of RLB’s Global Board and is also a Director for RLB in South Australia, Western Australia, and the Northern Territory. Additionally, he is a Director on the Oceania Board. A seasoned quantity surveyor, Peter provides expert guidance and exceptional service to our clients throughout South Australia.

In his role as Chair of RLB’s Global Board, Peter guides and leads our global team, driving the delivery of excellence in our business and industry. He is actively involved in several visionary projects that align with RLB’s strategic plan and address the megatrends reshaping the global property and construction industry.

Peter joined RLB in 1987 and has since demonstrated excellence in strategic advice, cost management, and developing alternative delivery strategies. With over 37 years of experience, he has successfully led numerous projects, optimising the value derived from available funds.

Peter’s principal areas of expertise include contracts, risk, and risk transfer. His extensive portfolio includes projects in aviation (buildings and infrastructure), commercial, defence, education, and industrial sectors across Australia.

A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS), Peter holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Building Studies from the University of South Australia.
