Chris Kwong is a Director of of RLB’s North Asia region, joining RLB in 2007.
He was relocated to Shenyang Office in 2010. He has many years of project experience in Mainland China. He is currently based in Wuhan.
Chris has extensive knowledge and experience in a variety of developments including residential, commercial, educational, hotel, office, logistic related projects. He can provide a full range of quantity surveying services with specialisation in cost control and contract management.
