Zhuhai

Zhuhai is a prefecture-level city of Guangdong Province located on the west bank of Pearl River estuary and north of Macau.

It is one of the first Special Economic Zones of China enjoining privileged economic policies and, leveraging its location bordering Macau, is now a major city in the Pearl River Delta region of China.

Our Zhuhai Office has been operating since 2006 and is now with a staff force of more than 50. On the back of its wealth of experience and profound knowledge of its professional staff, Zhuhai Office has a proven track record on a wide range of projects from residential, industrial and commercial developments to hotels and institutional projects. Among the many projects that it rendered services, Zhuhai Office has successfully delivered the Macau University Campus project of 1 million square metres of construction floor area within the client’s very tight time frame.

Taking the advantage of its proximity to Macau, Zhuhai Office has also been joining force with our Macau Office on many casino and hotel projects in Macau. The office is now busy with a number of projects in the new Hengqin Island Free Trade Zone thanks to the Government’s strong efforts in developing the zone.
