With a population of over 18 million, this major city located north of Hong Kong, is China’s most successful ‘Special Economic Zone’.

RLB has been part of the development of this city long before we opened our office in 2000. We now have a team of over 130 professionals.

Significant developments include the over 600-metre-tall Ping An Finance Centre and its sister tower for the Park Hyatt hotel.

Mixed-use developments in our portfolio include Shun Hing Square – where our office is located, China Resources MixC Mall, CapitaLand Raffles City and Yongxin Time Plaza.

We worked with China Resources on the redevelopment of Da Chung, and our office is now providing quantity surveying services to the developments in the Qianhai area.
