Nanjing is the provincial capital of Jiangsu Province. With a 6,000-year history of civilisation, Nanjing is known as the ‘Capital of the Six Dynasties’.

In 1979, RLB started its first project in China and provided quantity surveying services for Jinling Hotel in Nanjing.

Since the establishment of office in 2010, our team has worked on various types of real estate development projects. Our Nanjing office is also responsible for the QS consultancy services for Dreamport Shopping Centre, Yue Fang ID Mall and Yue Fang International Centre in Hefei.
