Hangzhou

Known as one of the ‘Seven Great Ancient Capitals of China’, Hangzhou is the political, economic, cultural and financial centre of Zhejiang Province.

Since the establishment of the office in 2009, our team has completed a number of large-scale mixed-use projects, including China Resources Group’s Qianjiang New City Phase I and Phase II, which comprise The Mixc, China Resources Building, Park Hyatt, Yuefu Residence and three Grade A office buildings; Sino-Ocean Group’s Grand Canal Business District which integrates office, commercial, serviced apartments and other functions.

With Hangzhou’s rapid development in recent years, our Hangzhou Office has been appointed as cost consultant for a number of iconic projects, including Wangjiang New World, West Lake 66, Hangzhou Center, and China Oversea’s Huanyu Tianxia.

In addition to Hangzhou, our team also provides QS services for construction projects in adjacent cities, including Ningbo New World Mixed-use Development and Shangri-La Hotel in Zhoushan.
