Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) won Construction Project Team of the Year at the RICS Hong Kong Awards 2016 – Certificate of Excellence. Organised by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), these annual awards are designed to recognise the highest levels of professionalism in the industry.
Located in Tsing Yi, Greenview Villa is a residential development which consists of three 38-storey towers with 988 units, on top of a 3-storey podium for carpark and residents’ recreational facilities. Greenview Villa is the first of the Subsidized Sale Flats projects undertaken by the Hong Kong Housing Society. It aims to assist the people of Hong Kong to purchase affordable flats amid high property prices.
Team effort leads to success
Led by our Director, Mr Patrick Chan, RLB provided full quantity surveying services for the project. RLB worked successfully with Hong Kong Housing Society Projects Division as the project manager, Chung Wah Nan Architects, Meinhardt (C&S) Ltd., and J Roger Preston Ltd. to provide high quality professional services.
The combined effort of the Construction Project Team led to the successful delivery of Greenview Villa on time and well within budget.
