Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) in the Philippines, the biggest quantity surveying consultancy in the country, has opened another satellite office, this time in Iloilo City.
The company conducted the ribbon cutting and blessing ceremony of its seventh office in the Philippines on May 13, 2016.
Chairman and President of RLB in the Philippines, Corazon C. Ballard, led the event with Vice President for Operations for VisMin (Visayas & Mindanao) Armando T. Baria, and Asst. Vice President for Operations for VisMin, Jolly Joy M. Cantero. Also at the event were Ms. Maria Victoria Trompeta Grino of Uy Bico Building Management, Father Jesus Glofel H. Mana-ay, who officiated the blessing ceremony, and a few RLB VisMin staff.
Embarking on an expansion program
To accommodate the growing number of projects in different parts of the country, RLB in the Philippines has embarked on an expansion program in the Visayas and Mindanao regions, which started last year. Other than Cebu and Davao, RLB has satellite offices in Cagayan de Oro, Laguna, Bacolod, Bohol, and now, in Iloilo.
A liveable City
Iloilo is a centre of trade, commerce, technology, finance, medical tourism, education, and real estate in Western Visayas. Despite being a modern city, it still maintains the laid-back atmosphere of the countryside. This and many other factors make Iloilo City one of the most liveable places in the Philippines, which accounts for its booming real estate sector.
RLB’s Iloilo office is located on the 2nd Floor (Door 21), Uy Bico Building, Yulo Street, Iloilo City.
