RLB North Asia is pleased to announce the appointment of Terry Chak, Kevin Wong, Chris Kwong and Alvis Wong as Directors with effect from 1 July 2024.

Terry Chak

Terry Chak graduated with a B.Sc. Degree in Building Surveying from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Since joining RLB in 2003, Terry has delivered a wide range of developments across both the private and public sectors. He has vast experience in cost control and contract management services, and specializes in delivering mega-projects and hospital developments.

Kevin Wong

Kevin Wong commenced his career in RLB in 2005 with a B.Sc. Degree in Surveying from The University of Hong Kong. With a strong track record delivering large-scale and iconic projects, Kevin provides diversified services including procurement strategy, contractual advice, cost planning, contract administration services. He has also acquired extensive knowledge in sustainable developments.

Chris Kwong

Chris Kwong joined RLB in 2007 with a B.Sc. Degree in Building Economics and Quantity Surveying from Herriot-Watt University, the United Kingdom. Chris has extensive experience working in Mainland China and is currently based in Wuhan. With extensive experience in a variety of developments, he provides a full range of quantity surveying services specializing in cost control and contract management.

Alvis Wong

Alvis Wong graduated with a B.Sc. Degree (Hons.) in Surveying from City University of Hong Kong, and M.Sc. Degree in Project Management from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Alvis has successfully delivered many high-profile projects since joining RLB in 2010. Alvis provides diversified services including procurement strategy, contractual advice, cost planning, contract administration services. Her involvement in other aspects of professional practice reflects her drive and commitment for growth and innovation in the QS profession.
