RLB is proud to announce its appointment as QS Consultant for a TOD project at Unit Y00-1203 Parcel J9 in Jinqiao Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shanghai.
Developed by Shanghai Pudong Development (Group) Co., Ltd., the development consists of 7 plots covering hotel, commercial, office, residential apartment and other sectors. RLB is engaged to provide QS consultancy services for plots 5-7 covering an area about 457,000 square metres.
Upon completion, the TOD project will become the gateway connecting the city centre with the eastern area reflecting the latest trend of a metropolitan.
