The Partners of Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB), are pleased to announce that Mr Silas Loh and Mr Colin Kin have been appointed as Joint Managing Partners of Rider Levett Bucknall LLP in Singapore.
Silas and Colin have been with RLB in Singapore, Hong Kong and regionally for over 20 years, and are well established professionals in the property and construction industry.

The RLB practice in Singapore has two key business units supporting its three core services – Rider Levett Bucknall LLP (quantity Surveying/cost consultancy), and RLB Consultancy Pte Ltd (project management & advisory). These new appointments to our quantity surveying/cost consultancy unit are part of our ongoing succession plan for RLB in Singapore.
This ensures continued business leadership and commitment to service excellence, independent advice and innovation. Winston Hauw remains as the Managing Director of RLB Consultancy Pte Ltd (project management & advisory)
Partners of RLB in Singapore
There are no changes to the partners of RLB in Singapore. There are currently seven resident Singaporean partners – Winston Hauw, Lam Chye Shing, Christopher Leong, Peter Fong, Silas Loh, Colin Kin and Amos Cheong. They manage the Singapore and South East Asian offices with our regional directors and principals in Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia and Myanmar.
