The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Eric Fong has been appointed as Managing Director of North Asia with effect from 1 April 2020.
Joining RLB in 1994, Eric has over 25 years of industry experiences in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Mainland China. He has played a key role in the expansion of our business in Mainland China and has extensive experience in the property and construction markets. He is also a member of RLB’s Global Board representing North Asia.
Commenting on his new appointment, Eric said, “I am deeply honoured to be appointed as Managing Director of RLB’s North Asia region, and I want to thank the Board and colleagues for their trust and support all the time. RLB is a leading global quantity surveying consultancy company, and has built up a good reputation for our excellent customer services. On the other hand, Stephen Lai has retired from the position of Managing Director after 31 years of service with RLB. He has been appointed as Consultant of the Company with effect from 1 April 2020.
