Which of our routes could be right for you?

  • Hong Kong and Mainland China

    If you embrace the idea of excellence and are ambitious about developing your career in the quantity surveying profession, RLB is the ideal place for you. As a leading player in the field, RLB offers you invaluable opportunities to take part in high-profile and landmark projects in collaboration with talented professional teams. You will gain valuable insights and experience through close collaboration and sharing of expertise with accomplished team members.

    As soon as joining RLB, graduates undertake a two-year structured training program to equip them with a diversity of professional knowledge, which underpins their successful career development. You are encouraged to attain professional qualifications such as MHKIS, MRICS, Registered Cost Engineer, and we’ll support your learning through mock interviews, case study sharing, and application material reviews.

    To nurture our young talent with global experience and perspectives, RLB also offers a unique Global Experience Exchange Program (GEEP) to outstanding staff. Successful candidates are given the opportunity to work with and learn from colleagues in other global offices for one month. Through the program, participants can learn and share experiences in different countries and expand their horizons.

  • Hong Kong and Mainland China

    RLB has been collaborating with prestigious universities and higher educational institutions in Hong Kong and Mainland China, providing internship opportunities for college students to work and learn in our Hong Kong and Mainland China offices. Over an eight-week period, the students can experience first hand the real working life of a quantity surveyor, and gain insight into RLB’s culture as well as career-building skill sets.

  • Singapore

    RLB in Singapore has collaborated with the National University of Singapore and City University of Hong Kong to provide internship opportunities. Through the internship, students will be able to gain industry skills and understand how their learning in school is practically applied. The experience also gives them greater confidence and insight in communication, collaboration and teamwork through interacting and working with colleagues, clients and consultants.
