At RLB, we are dedicated to nurturing the growth and sustainability of the quantity surveying profession. Our commitment extends to supporting initiatives that raise awareness and inspire interest in our industry among young minds.

Recently, our Associate in Singapore, Stanley Chang, proudly represented RLB as a volunteer in collaboration with The Astronauts Collective (TAC) and the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA). Together, they conducted a series of “Job Taster” sessions, introducing students from Broadrick Secondary School, Tanjong Katong Secondary School, Jurong West Secondary School, and Woodlands Secondary School to the dynamic opportunities within the built environment, including quantity surveying.

This initiative forms part of the BCA Young Leaders Program, which aims to engage secondary school students and provide early insights into rewarding career paths in the built environment sector. At RLB, we believe in inspiring the next generation of professionals, cultivating a sense of purpose in young talent, and passing on the rich legacy of our field. Through programs like these, we aim to build a brighter future for the industry and those who will shape it.
