RLB Hong Kong is pleased to announce the appointment of Ling Lam (Managing Director) as a member of the RICS Hong Kong Regional Advisory Board with effective from 1 October 2024.
In her new capacity, Ling will contribute invaluable market insights to support RICS’s strategic goals. Her experience in various facets of industry will help drive positive advancement within the real estate and construction industry.
Ling Lam is the Managing Director of RLB responsible for overseeing the business in North Asia and serves as RLB Global Board Director. Ling shares responsibility for the overall management of the offices including business development, client relations and project leadership. She ensures that the Practice functions effectively utilizing both regional expertise and global network to deliver successful project outcomes.
Ling is a Fellow Member of RICS and HKIS. She was the Winner of the RICS Woman of the Built Environment Award 2021, and the recipient for HKIS QS Award of Excellence 2022 in recognition of her contribution to the promotion of the QS profession.
