The Quality Building Award (QBA) 2024 Award Presentation Ceremony was held on 27 September in the Hong Kong Grand Hyatt Hotel.

RLB is honoured to have provided quantity surveying services for 9 winning projects with 4 projects winning grand award in respective category. Hong Kong Palace Museum has triumphed two awards including the most prestigious, the Quality Excellence Award, and the Grand Award for Hong Kong Non-Residential (New Building – Government, Institution or Community) category.

The nine projects are:

Merit Award – Hong Kong Residential (Single Building)

6. Hoi Tat Connectivity Hub

Merit Award – Hong Kong Non-Residential (New Building – Government, Institution or Community)

7. Two Taikoo Place

Merit Award – Hong Kong Non-Residential (New Building – Non-Government, Institution or Community)

8. Nina Park (and Wood Fossil Experience Centre) – Revitalization of an old podium roof garden
