Construction Market Quarterly Update contains data from the Fourth Quarter of 2022, in which the Philippine Economy grows by 7.2 percent.
The main contributors of growth for the quarter are Wholesale and Retail Trade, Repair of Motor Vehicles and Motorcycles, Financial and Insurance Activities.
The Construction industry grew by 6.3 percent in the fourth quarter of 2022. The growth continues to increase driven by the Private Construction, which accounted for 12.4 percent of the total construction investments, decreased by 4.6 percent.
