Designed by Woods Bagot, Sunshine Insurance Finance Plaza is a 36-storey mixed-use tower, featuring Grade A offices, a hotel, a private clubhouse and a rooftop pool.
The tower rises above a tiered retail podiums and landscaped gardens, which the public can access.
The project design responds to the tropical climate, ocean-side location as well as the changing consumer behaviour.
