PARKROYAL on Pickering is a 15-storey office and hotel building comprising 363 rooms. This 29,000 square-metre mixed development features extensive distinctive landscaping, façade greenery and sky gardens.
The hotel is a recipient of the BCA Green Mark Platinum Award, Urban Habitat Award 2015, Leaf Certificate of Recognition for Outstanding Project 2015, Hotel Investment Conference Asia Pacific (HICAP) Sustainable Project Design Award 2013, World Architecture Festival (WAF) Awards (Hotels category) 2013 and many others.
