Putnam Vocational Technical Academy was built to meet the requirements of the Collaborative for High Performance Schools program.
The new facility provides its 1,600 students and faculty with modern classroom and support areas. It includes standard classrooms as well as labs and shops, catering to a wide range of vocational and technical skill development.
RLB provided construction cost management to the design team throughout the project, including budget development, cost estimating at project milestones, and reconciliation with the project construction manager.
