Providing client friendly, high-tech facilities for Phoenix

PHOENIX CONVENTION CENTER

As one of the top 20 convention centers in the United States, the Phoenix Convention Center provides a spacious, high-tech, and client-friendly facility, totaling 2.7 million square feet.

With the addition of 570,000 square feet of meeting and exhibition space, the new facilities provide three times the amount of space on the same site as the original buildings. The convention center remained fully operational throughout the construction.
RLB provided proactive, unbiased advice on the cost and scheduling implications of potential design changes. The client was given detailed cost estimates for all trade packages, so that costs were understood and reconciled with the construction manager at risk. We also served as management consultants for the project, preparing for occupancy and opening.
