Developing affordable housing for Mayfield's senior population

MAYFIELD SENIOR APARTMENTS

Region of Peel developed the affordable housing project, Mayfield Senior Apartments, to provide both market and subsidized rental units to senior citizens.

The facility is universally accessible and offers 60 units.
The Mayfield Senior Apartments include common areas, activity space, on-site parking and an outdoor courtyard and garden.
RLB provided cost estimating services at design-stage milestones. During construction, RLB also provided monthly Cash Flow Construction Monitoring services and Change Order Review.
