LUSAIL CITY
Lusail is a visionary waterfront city development for a population of 175,000.
This planned, self-contained city consists of 19 districts, a lagoon and 25,000 residential units, including leisure and entertainment districts, an underground metro, 36 schools and a hospital.
One of its unique features is the 18-kilometer long underground structure to house the utility services.
Due for completion in 2020, RLB is providing claims and contracts advisory services, and preparing Lusail Real Estate Development Company (LREDC) for the challenges ahead.
