RLB provided services to King Fahad Medical City and the KSA Ministry of Health for three elements of the King Fahad Medical City development:
- A new 65,000 square-meter, seven-story office building consisting of space for laboratories and physicians
- A 165,000 square-meter, 600-bed hospital for the National Neuroscience Center and Cancer, Cardiac and Proton Therapy Center
- A new 9,000 square-meter, four-story, purpose-built Cochlear Implant Center.
- A new 65,000 square-meter, seven-story office building consisting of space for laboratories and physicians
- A 165,000 square-meter, 600-bed hospital for the National Neuroscience Center and Cancer, Cardiac and Proton Therapy Center
- A new 9,000 square-meter, four-story, purpose-built Cochlear Implant Center.
This 250,000 square-meter project is currently under construction.
