HYATT HOUSE & HYATT PLACE SAN JOSE

Rider Levett Bucknall worked on behalf of the Hyatt Corporation to implement their commitment to excellence in their two new select service hotels, San Jose Hyatt House & Hyatt Place.

The development of these two hotels will include an L-shaped building consisting of 355 keys spread across a six-acre site centrally located near the Mineta San Jose International Airport and Downtown San Jose.
Rider Levett Bucknall has played an integral role in the project since the general contractor solicitation and will continue providing project management services through completion and opening.
