Enhancing resort experiences through connective design

HILTON HAWAIIAN VILLAGE MASTER PLAN

This 22-acre ocean-front resort is undergoing a $65 million renovation to enhance guest experiences.

The master plan includes upgrades such as an ‘Adhesive Package’ project that ties the resort together through landscaping, lighting, signage, and background music.
Further improvements include the entry drive, exterior improvements to existing retail space, a new Louis Vuitton store, the main lobby, expanding the porte cochere, renovating the existing Tapa Pool, Super Pool, and Hau Tree Bar, and adding an adult pool.
RLB is providing full cost management and project management services on the master plan projects, and $350 million worth of additional concurrent improvement projects on the 22-acre resort campus.
