HAWAII CONVENTION CENTER

This modern convention center features a 200,000 SF exhibition hall with drive-on floor access.

The center also contains 103,600 SF of total meeting space, a registration lobby, a ballroom, meeting rooms, two theaters, and a production kitchen. The center is topped with a 2.5 acre landscaped rooftop garden, making it the only one of its kind with areas open to the outside elements.
RLB managed cost and schedule issues during the design and construction phases. We also provided technical assistance to the State of Hawaii with the selection of a site and a design-builder.
To maximize the convention center’s longevity, and to protect the owner’s interests, RLB provides critical guidance to the management company and the state on a yearly basis, to ensure maintenance meets stakeholders’ expectations.
