DENVER BRONCOS INDOOR PRACTICE FACILITY
The Denver Broncos expanded and renovated their indoor practice facility at their Dove Valley headquarters in Arapahoe County.
This two-part project includes a new 85,000 SF indoor practice facility, as well as renovations and upgrades to the Paul D. Bowlen Memorial Broncos Center.
The indoor facility provides a year-round venue for training, and enhances the training camp experience for fans, including a larger public seating area, additional parking and improved restroom facilities.
This facility addresses logistics and safety issues such as severe weather, and also provides a recruiting tool for future free-agent signing.
As part of Sink Combs Dethleft’s architecture team, RLB’s Denver office carried out a structural options analysis for the proposed facility, to determine the best option, and provided milestone construction cost estimating services at the schematic design phase.
