Scott Macpherson

Scott Macpherson is an Executive Vice President of RLB’s North American practice and is the Cost Management Service Line Manager in North America. Scott also manages the Phoenix and Tucson branches, responsible for business development, client relations, and project leadership for both public and private sector clients.

Scott joined RLB in 1999. In his career of nearly twenty years, he has worked on projects in the education, healthcare, municipal, tribal, hospitality, and commercial sectors, contributing his expertise in cost management and lender services by providing highly detailed cost estimates.

I started with this company twenty years ago as a cost estimator. Since then, I’ve grown with the firm, watching our sector expertise and technical knowledge evolve. I’m thrilled to be a part of the firm’s growth, and to continue to create a better tomorrow.

Active in many professional organizations, Scott is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and an affiliate member of the American Institute of Architects.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in quantity surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University.
