Erin Kirihara

Erin Kirihara is an Executive Vice President of RLB’s North American Practice and a member of the firm’s North American Board of Directors. As the Director in charge of the Honolulu office, she is responsible for project oversight, management of client relations, business development, operations and strategic growth for the Hawaii region.

Throughout her fifteen-year career with RLB, Erin has been involved with numerous new build and renovation projects across the Hawaiian Islands including high-profile developments in the world-famous Waikiki and Ala Moana districts. To date, she has successfully managed a portfolio of projects that exceeds $3 billion in value with specialized expertise in hospitality, residential and commercial sectors.
