RLB started providing services on the Island of Hawaii in 2005, when the firm was commissioned to provide construction cost management and project management services for the Hilton Grand Vacations Kings’ Land timeshare development. With the project in full swing, and opportunities growing, RLB opened its Waikoloa office in 2007.
