Known as the “Windy City,” Chicago is one of the largest metropolitan areas in the United States. The city is famous for its mix of historic and modern architecture, which creates a distinct skyline of iconic buildings.
Renowned architects such as Louis Sullivan, Frank Lloyd Wright, Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Daniel Burnham, and the Olmsted Brothers were all contributors to landmark buildings across the city.
These include the Tribune Tower, Willis Tower, Grant Park, the Chicago River, Navy Pier, and many world-class museums.
RLB’s history in Chicago dates back to 1986 when Garrison Inc. was established, later becoming part of RLB in 2012. As a leader in construction cost and project management services, RLB has helped many clients on a range of project types.
Notable projects include the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, Central DuPage Hospital, and Hyatt Center. We have also contributed project expertise on the Illinois State University, Western Illinois University, and the University of Illinois.
