We are thrilled to announce new leadership in our Chicago office. Christopher Harris, previous lead of the Chicago office and AEC industry veteran, has recently retired and passed the baton to Warren Todd.  Congratulations to Warren Todd, the new head of our Chicago office!

A chartered quantity surveyor with a two-decade track record in the construction industry, Warren Todd brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.  He has extensive knowledge in cost management in pre- and post-contract roles for both owners and architects.  Warren’s strategic planning and client relation skillset will undoubtedly strengthen RLB’s presence in the Chicago market.

As the head of the Chicago office, Warren will be responsible for overseeing all operations, driving business growth, and ensuring that our clients are able to make informed decisions on their projects – with the aid of our specialty services. His leadership skills, combined with his ability to foster collaborative relationships, will further enhance our reputation as a trusted consultant in the AEC industry.
