The leader of the Miami office, Charles O’Loughlin, has a proven track record of achieving commercial success on his projects for more than 15 years. As a chartered quantity surveyor, Charles’s best value to his clients is helping them make informed decisions on their projects. Whether offering conceptual and detailed cost estimating, cost planning, cost control, and construction risk management to bid and contract documents to financial administration of construction contracts, and dispute resolution analyses – Charles is well equipped to support our clients and matches their dedication to the projects’ integrity.
