Erin Kirihara

Erin Kirihara is Executive Vice President of RLB’s North American Practice and Director in Charge of RLB in the Hawaii Region. She is a member of the firm’s North American Board of Directors and has made significant impact to Hawaii’s built environment throughout her 18-year career with the firm.
With specialized expertise in the hospitality and commercial sectors, Erin has managed construction ranging from $1 million to $800 million in Hawaii and the U.S. mainland. To date, her portfolio exceeds $3 billion in project value and includes more than 8,500 guestrooms and residential units that she has managed successfully from preconstruction through closeout.
Paired with her exceptional record for delivering on-time and on-budget projects, Erin’s contributions to local non-profit and industry organizations have earned her recognition as an outstanding leader among Hawaii’s business community.
SCOTT SUMNERS

Working out of the Phoenix, Arizona office, Scott is responsible for oversight of selected high-profile projects, client relationships, and new project pursuits.
Scott has nearly 30 years of experience in the development and construction industry, with a concentration on large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders. While his project management experience spans numerous sectors, Scott’s expertise is in public assembly venues, including major expansions of the Phoenix Convention Center, Anaheim Convention Center, Sacramento Convention Center and Colorado Convention Center.
An active member of his community, Scott serves as a Commissioner for the City of Tempe Development Review Commission and the City of Tempe Joint Review Committee. Scott has earned professional credentials as a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute, and as a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) through the Construction Management Association of America.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Arizona State University.
Joel Brown

Leading efforts in the San Jose market, Joel has a keen understanding of the review, analysis, and negotiation of construction costs and schedules, across all types of project delivery methods.
Joel is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from University of Abertay, Dundee, Scotland.
Ryan Bosworth

Ryan leads the RLB San Francisco office and has more than 15 years of work experience within the San Francisco Bay Area. He has successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously with a total valuation exceeding $1.5 B. Ryan’s experience includes the development and execution of the entitlement and permitting strategy, cost and schedule control, contract administration, and construction management.
Guia Lasquete

Guia Lasquete is responsible for management of the firm’s Hawaii Island operations. With a 10-year career with the firm and more than 25 years of construction industry experience, Guia is skilled in both cost and project management specialties. She advises clients on the cost, time, quality and risk of construction projects, while leading strategic development for teams based in Hilo and Waikoloa. Her community contributions include serving on the Executive Committee of the Hawaii Leeward Planning Conference and Economic Development Committee of the Hawaii Island Chamber of Commerce.

Dan Junge leads our Portland office. He is an AACE Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) and Certified Cost Technician (CCT) with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Dan’s expertise lies in cost estimating, value engineering and project documentation. He is also experienced with various estimating software, materials take-off and various programs for scheduling purposes.

Jordan Miller’s expertise is in cost estimating, bid analysis, cost forecasting and budget management. She provides trusted cost advice to clients, allowing them to make informed decisions through each stage of the construction project. As a regional leader of the RLB Cost Management Global Community, she is focused on construction industry trends and digital tools. As the leader of the RLB Healthcare Community, she helps guide efforts in the healthcare sector. Jordan earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tulsa.
