CASSIE IDEHARA MRICS, CCM
Cassie Idehara is now Principal. Based in the Honolulu office, she leads clients’ program success as it relates to construction costs and oversees performance of the cost consultancy team. She has both national and international industry experience spanning more than 25 years including 16 years with RLB. Her expertise in cost estimating and control, project management, feasibility studies, bid analysis and value engineering have been key to managing projects ranging from $5M-$600M in construction value across the hospitality and residential sectors. She holds a degree in quantity surveying from the University of South Australia.
GUIA LASQUETE LEED GREEN ASSOCIATE
Guia Lasquete is now Associate Principal. Her LEED credentials, coupled with nearly 25 years of experience in international quantity surveying, cost management, and project management, allows her to deliver sustainable and value-conscious solutions to clients in sectors ranging from commercial and hospitality to healthcare and higher education. She earned Bachelor of Science degrees in construction management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Construction Economics and Management (Quantity Surveying) from the Technological University Dublin.
JOSHUA MARKS PE, PMP
Josh Marks is now Associate Principal. He brings two decades of project management to the Tucson office, overseeing all aspects of construction projects. Josh holds a master’s degree in construction engineering and management from Columbia University, and earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Tufts University.
KIRK MILLER
As the Washington DC office leader, he ensures cost and quality value for owners by providing expert cost estimating, project management and advisory services for the Washington DC metro region. Kirk holds degrees in construction and project management from University of Maryland Eastern Shore and Montgomery College.
AARON WOODWARD LEED AP
Aaron Woodward is now Associate. He brings more than 20 years of diverse project management and green building experience to the Phoenix office, where he oversees all aspects of construction projects, in all sizes and across all sectors. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University.
JESSE ZUNKE CM-LEAN
Jesse Zunke is now Associate. Based in the Phoenix office, Jesse’s cost estimating services are informed by his mastery of Lean construction techniques and critical-path methods. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from Arizona State University.
JORDAN MILLER
Jordan Miller is now Associate. With her expertise in cost estimating, bid analysis, cost forecasting and budget management, she provides trusted cost advice to clients, allowing them to make informed decisions through each stage of the construction project. As a regional leader of the RLB Cost Management Global Community, she is focused on construction industry trends and digital tools. Jordan earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tulsa.
JULIA FLORES
Julia Flores is now an Associate. A specialist in cost estimating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, Julia leads the RLB North America MEP Committee, sharing best practices and advancing the discipline. As well, she contributed to global initiatives. As a member of the Denver Office, she provides clients with cost expertise and management, contractor reconciliation, and project development. Julia studied Architectural engineering at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
MARCI UTAKIS PBD, AZED PRO
Marci Utakis is now Associate. Part of the Phoenix team, she develops strategies to identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the Arizona real estate and construction markets. The Membership Chair of the Arizona Association for Economic Development, she is active in many professional organizations, including the American Public Works Association and the Urban Land Institute.
PETER VAVAROUTSOS PQS
Peter Vavaroutsos is now Associate. Based in Toronto office, his experience as both client representative and contractor gives him a balanced and insightful perspective on cost estimating and quantity surveying. Peter has 22 years of industry experience.
