Cassie Idehara is now Vice President. Based in the Honolulu office, she leads clients’ program success as it relates to construction costs and oversees performance of the cost consultancy team. She has both national and international industry experience spanning more than 30 years including 17 years with RLB. Her expertise in cost estimating and control, project management, feasibility studies, bid analysis and value engineering have been key to managing projects ranging from $5M-$600M in construction value across Hawaii and the Pacific. She holds a degree in quantity surveying from the University of South Australia.
Paraic Morrisey

Leading the efforts of our New York office, Paraic is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and brings nearly 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Paraic has provided an array of construction consulting services for different clients in New York and across North America since 2012, focusing on diverse aspects of cost management and estimating.
Michael O’reilly

Michael O’Reilly is now Principal. An integral member of the Boston office team, Michael joined RLB in 2010. An AACEi Certified Cost Professional (CEP), he manages all areas of construction costs, including budget controls from design through construction, bid and CM/QS reconciliations, change order management, value engineering, and risk analysis. Michael received a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management degree from the Queensland University of Technology.

Dan Junge leads our Portland office, with over 17 years of experience in the construction industry. Dan’s expertise lies in cost estimating, value engineering and project documentation. He is also experienced with various estimating software, materials take-off and various programs for scheduling purposes.

Josh Marks is now a Principal. He brings two decades of project management to the Tucson office, overseeing all aspects of construction projects. Josh holds a Master of Science in Construction Engineering & Management from Columbia University, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from Tufts University.

Jesse Zunke is now Associate Principal. Based in the Phoenix office, Jesse specializes in cost estimating, informed by his mastery of lean construction techniques and critical-path methods. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Arizona State University.
James Casey

James Casey is now Associate Principal. Originally joining RLB’s Brisbane, Australia office in 2007, James has become a valuable member of the RLB North American team, gaining significant experience in all aspects of quantity surveying, providing services on a broad range of complex and varied projects. Based in the San Francisco office, James manages the cost consulting specialty for that location, while also providing cost estimating and management consultancy at all project stages. With over fifteen years’ experience working on various projects across the USA and Australia, he has excellent attention to detail and always develops workable solutions to meet project objectives within set timeframes.
Julia Flores

Julia Flores is now an Associate Principal. A specialist in cost estimating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, Julia leads the RLB North America MEP Committee – as well as – contributing to global initiatives. As a member of the Denver Office, she provides clients with cost expertise and management, contractor reconciliation, and project development. Julia studied Architectural Engineering at the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Bronson Pai

Bronson Pai is an Associate Principal based in Honolulu. With nearly 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, Bronson specializes in navigating the critical planning and preconstruction phases of new build and complex renovation projects and has contributed to the success of high-profile developments across the islands. He leverages his background as a general contractor to skillfully balance the relationship between value, time and cost of a construction project while working closely with owners to help drive their desired outcomes. Beyond the construction site, Bronson contributes to the firm’s independent economic research on the Hawaii market and is active in the Hawaii Chapter of the Urban Land Institute.
Terence Young

Terence Young is an Associate Principal of RLB and licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Hawaii. With nineteen years of experience, he has been involved in landmark projects across the Hawaiian Islands with a portfolio in excess of $1.25B. Clients in private and public sectors rely on Terence for his adept navigation of projects in the preconstruction, construction and closeout phases as well as his ability to balance relationships among stakeholders and project teams. He holds credentials as a Certified Construction Manager and earned his civil engineering degree from Purdue University.
Aaron Woodward

Aaron Woodward is now an Associate Principal. He brings more than 20 years of diverse project management and green building experience to the Phoenix office and RLB North America practice, where he manages all aspects of design and construction projects, in all sizes and across all sectors. Aaron also leads RLB North America’s sustainability initiatives and specialty. He earned a Masters in Sustainability Leadership from Arizona State University.
David Piper

Heading the Caribbean office, based in St. Lucia, David has over 18 years’ experience in the Caribbean and seven in the South Pacific; he is fully versed in the nuances of working in small island states and brings all that knowledge to bear when planning and implementing projects.

Nicki Dockery is an Associate of RLB who specializes in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management, and has shaped built environments across North America, Oceania and the Pacific for more than 30 years. Nicki’s background is diverse with experience spanning commercial, industrial, federal, healthcare and hospitality works for clients that include architects, financiers, development companies and owners. In addition to her worldwide career with the firm, Nicki has held the designation of a Registered Quantity Surveyor for three decades under the seal of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NZIQS) and contributes to firm excellence as a member of RLB’s Global Digital Advancement Committee.

Paul Belshoff is an Associate of RLB who oversees the firm’s Maui practice. Building on his eight-year career with the firm specializing in project management and more than 15 years of construction industry experience, Paul continues to advise clients on the cost, time, quality and risk of construction projects, while leading strategic development for the RLB team based in Kihei. Paul is a member of the Maui Chamber of Commerce, Construction Industry of Maui and the Maui Economic Development Board. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Louisville in Kentucky.

She is adept at preparing construction plans and specifications and performing complex cost estimates and analysis for capital projects. Sanaa’s project experience ranges from $100,000 to over $3B providing advice on construction cost, as well as contract conditions, document, and administration.
