International property and construction consultancy firm Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) proudly announces the appointment of Paul Brussow as its new President of North America, effective January 1. This strategic move follows the retirement of Julian Anderson, who served as president of the firm for 32 years and played an integral part in the company’s growth and success.

Paul Brussow, President Elect
Brussow joined RLB’s Sydney office in 1995 as a quantity surveyor and moved to the U.S. two years later. Paul pivoted his skillset to become an expert in construction project management. During his near three-decade career, he has advised on more than $10B of projects, developing and executing custom construction-management programs to help his clients achieve commercial success.
Brussow has been a key member of the RLB team, consistently demonstrating a commitment to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction. His deep understanding of the industry and forward-thinking approach position him as the ideal leader to guide RLB into its next phase of growth.
The transition, having been underway for more than a year, reflects RLB’s commitment to strategic leadership continuity and maintaining its position as an industry leader. The company anticipates a seamless transition under Paul Brussow’s guidance.
