Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) announces key leadership transitions and senior promotions in the Hawaii region that highlight the company’s growth and commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes in the built environment.

Terence Young, promoted to Principal, will be overseeing project management service delivery, new business pursuits, and team performance on Oahu. With 21 years of experience and a portfolio exceeding $2 billion, Young is trusted by private- and public-sector clients for his expertise in preconstruction, project delivery and stakeholder management. He is a Certified Construction Manager and Professional Engineer in Hawaii.

Wrindy Damo, promoted to Associate, will now lead the local team on the Island of Hawaii, overseeing the success of projects across East and West Hawaii. Damo serves as a board member for the Hawaii chapter of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) non-profit organization.

Kirihara will continue as regional director of operations in Honolulu, overseeing service delivery and client engagement in the Hawaiian Islands, while also contributing to business development and strategic growth across North America as executive vice president. Cassie Idehara remains Vice President in the Hawaii region, managing the Honolulu practice and cost consultancy services across all islands. Blair Banker, promoted to Associate Principal, continues to manage the firm’s advisory services for the Hawaii region.  Paul Belshoff continues as Associate Principal and resident manager on Maui, advising clients on construction projects and leading strategic development for the Kihei team.
