Wellness & Athletics Center renovation and expansion

THE COMMUNITY COLLEGE OF BALTIMORE COUNTY

The Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) will open its doors to a newly renovated and expanded Wellness & Athletics Center at its Essex location.

Scheduled for completion by the end, students can enjoy a newly constructed entrance lobby, fitness center, dance studios, and spaces for athletic programs.

Designed by GWWO Architects and constructed by Lewis Contractors, students, and faculty will have access to a much-needed renovation to the 50-year-old facility for the growing campus.

RLB provided cost management, reconciliation, and value engineering through the design development phase.
