Scott has over 25 years of experience in the development and construction industry, with a concentration on large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Terry Harron leads the Toronto office of RLB, overseeing all Canadian operations. He is a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS), as bestowed by the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. Terry brings over 40 years of experience leading some of Canada’s largest contracting and construction management companies.

Ryan’s experience includes the development and execution of the entitlement and permitting strategy, cost and schedule control, contract administration, and overseeing the subsequent tasks implementation.

Dan’s expertise lies in cost estimating, value engineering and project documentation. He is also experienced with various estimating software, materials take-off and various programs for scheduling purposes.

Scott Usher is a chartered member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, and candidate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He started his career with RLB in 2015, in the Brisbane, Australia office before relocating to the Portland office. Specializing in estimating, cost planning, and post-contract services. With a trade-qualified background in carpentry, Scott has a unique set of skills that assist in giving a particular insight over a diverse range and size of projects.
