Navin Hooloomann is the founder and Chairman of RLB Indian Ocean. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of the West of England and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).

Navin’s extensive expertise covers design management, research and development on local construction costs, insurance valuations and assessment, real estate, property development and property management. He has provided services within the hotel and leisure, commercial and industrial sectors across Mauritius, Seychelles, Maldives, the UK, India, Sri Lanka and East Africa.

He has more than 45 years’ experience in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management and project management, of which the majority has been with Hooloomann & Associates, which later merged with RLB, to become what is now known as RLB Hooloomann.
