Martin Meinesz

Martin Meinesz, Director at RLB, is a professional quantity surveyor with over 20 years’ experience. He is registered with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession, is a member of the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors, as well as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is also registered with the Green Building Council of South Africa as an Accredited Green Star SA Professional.

Martin is a passionate advocate of quantity surveying who regularly lectures at the University of Cape Town. He serves as an examiner, provides mentorship for the university and presents topics in quantity surveying to the built environment and consulting firms.

He joined RLB in 2013 and his expertise covers full service cost management for commercial offices, shopping centres, sectional title developments and industrial and leisure projects. He has extensive experience in the construction and alteration of tall buildings.
