Francois Rossouw

Francois Rossouw, Director at RLB, is an Accredited Green Building Professional and a member of the Green Building Council of South Africa. He is registered with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession, a member of the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

He has specialist skills in project financial management and his experience ranges across corporate head offices, mixed-use developments, data centres, renewable energy plants, university and educational projects and residential developments.

Francois has over 19 years’ experience and has led the quantity surveying team on one of RLB’s flagship projects, Menlyn Maine – a large mixed-use green precinct, since 2010.
