Charl Botha

Charl Botha, Director at RLB, has been with the company since its inception in 1997. He registered with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession, and is a member of the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors, the South African Property Owners Association, the Green Building Council of South Africa, the South African Council of Shopping Centres, the Built Environment Professions Export Council and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Charl is an expert at handling high-value projects, including corporate head offices, retail developments, industrial projects, restaurants and entertainment facilities, tenant installations and fit-outs, airports and insurance reinstatements.

Specialising in commercial, industrial and retail projects, he serves as a guest lecturer at the University of Pretoria for the MSc Property Development course.
