Welcome to Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB). We are a global independent construction, property and management consultancy providing a full range of services to maximise value in all areas of the built environment.
Our service areas are Cost Management & Quantity Surveying, Project Programming & Program Management, Engineering Cost Management and Advisory.
RLB operates in 34 countries with more than 4,500 different, diverse and amazing people around the world.
RLB Africa operates as three independent companies across the African region: RLB South Africa, RLB Africa, and RLB Hooloomann.
RLB Africa, established in 1997 and formerly known as Pentad, operates across South Africa with over 100 staff in offices located in Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, and Stellenbosch. With registered offices in South Africa, Botswana, Kenya, and the DRC, alongside our RLB Africa Alliances in Angola, Namibia, and Nigeria, we are uniquely positioned to offer services in both French and Portuguese, enabling us to work seamlessly across West, Central, and East Africa.
RLB also extends its reach through RLB Hooloomann, a 2018 merger with Hooloomann & Associates, with 60 employees and a presence in Mauritius since 1987, coupled with regional offices in Seychelles and Maldives. Presently known as RLB Indian Ocean, we have a team of over 100 professionals and continue to deliver both project management and cost management services to local and international clients across the Indian Ocean Region.
